Where is my pet’s data stored?
The core app works locally on your iPhone, including offline. Private iCloud sync is optional and can be reviewed in the app settings. Shared care only concerns the information you explicitly share. This website does not provide access to your pet records. Multi-device and shared-care release checks are still ongoing.
Can I bring existing pet information into Fellfolio?
Open the pet import from your profile. Paste text or choose a PDF, image or CSV file. Check the suggested fields against the original and assign CSV columns when asked. Only save after reviewing the preview. Imported information creates a new pet profile; it does not overwrite an existing one. Use Backup in Settings for a complete .fellfolio archive.
How do I add a document or vet invoice?
In the pet’s profile, open Documents and add a scan, selected photo or file. PDF and image originals can be previewed before saving. Check recognised text, the date, amount and currency yourself; recognition can be incomplete. An invoice only becomes an expense when you explicitly confirm it. Open a saved document to share its original file.
How do I add photos and organise albums?
Choose photos in the pet’s memory or album area using Apple’s photo picker. Only the selected images are imported. Add captions and arrange your albums or their photos. One image can belong to more than one album. Selecting an image for a book or reel does not change the original in your iPhone photo library.
How can I export health records or expenses?
In the pet’s profile, open Reports & exports and choose the period and content. You can create health reports and an emergency PDF with the fields you select. The expense area also offers PDF and CSV exports. Use the iPhone share sheet to save a file in Files or send it yourself. Core health-data export remains available without Premium.
How do I share a photo book or memory reel?
Open the memory studio, select your photos and review the design. Photo books export as PDF and reels as MP4 video; moment cards are another sharing option. The editors and previews can be tried without a purchase. Professional photo-book PDF and HD reel export are Premium features. The app shows the applicable access and App Store price before purchase.
How do I keep a backup or restore it?
In App settings, open Backup and export a .fellfolio file to a location you control. To restore, select that file, check the preview and confirm. Restored pets are added as new copies; existing profiles are preserved. The exported archive is not encrypted by Fellfolio, so keep it private and share it deliberately. A PDF report is not a full restorable backup.
I already bought Premium. How do I restore access?
Open the Premium screen in Fellfolio’s app settings and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and connect to the internet for the check. A pending purchase may still need Apple approval. If no purchase is found, contact support with the message shown; never send your Apple password.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Apple manages App Store subscriptions. Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name and then Subscriptions, or use the link below. Deleting Fellfolio does not cancel an active subscription. A Lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription; manage that subscription separately with Apple.
