Record weight, vaccinations, medication, treatments, observations and vet visits. Add your own notes and photos. Charts show measurements and changes without medical interpretation.
Your vaccination records
Record the vaccine, vaccination type, date, practice and optional batch number. Enter and review the next date yourself before creating a reminder. Fellfolio does not create a vaccination schedule or replace an official passport.
Documents close at hand
Import PDFs, images and files, or scan a document on a supported iPhone. Titles, categories, tags and notes help you find it again. Existing PDF text and locally recognised image text make records searchable. Originals stay with the information you add.
Start with a reviewable preview
Import a profile from text, PDF, an image or CSV. Recognised details are suggestions: check the name, species, birth date and other fields yourself. Ambiguous information is not silently guessed. Existing pets are not overwritten.
From appointment to visit notes
Plan an appointment for one or more pets. Afterwards, record each pet’s visit notes, observations, costs and documents. A follow-up gets its own appointment, keeping plans distinct from what actually happened.
Take the right information with you
Choose a period and content for a readable PDF report. Vaccinations and medication have dedicated summaries; relevant measurements and expenses can be exported as CSV. Explicitly choose what appears on the one-page emergency card.
